Ben purchased this southside home and totally gutted and remodeled the interior kitchen area.  He moved the stairs, took out 2 walls, added a half wall, and put in all new cabinets, flooring, sink, dishwasher and over the range microwave.  He also refinished all of the hardwood flooring throughout the living room and bedrooms, put in new ceramic tile in the bathrooms, and retiled the shower in the main bath.  Also, every wall has been freshly repainted.  Click here to see the "before and after" photos.

It's a ranch featuring 3 bedrooms with walk-out basement exposure; maple cabinets; cathedral ceiling throughout kitchen, dining, and great room; built-in shelving unit in the great room; 2 full baths; 9 foot basement walls; and oversized 3-car garage.
